Tes Features and Benefits
Tes.com offers a variety of features and benefits:
-
Inclusive Teaching: Tes.com provides online professional studies training courses that focus on the inclusion of young people within a whole school environment. These courses cover adaptive teaching, inclusive practice, and strategies to establish an inclusive learning environment.
-
Online Application Form: The online application form on Tes.com allows schools to receive up to three times more applications for their roles. It contains all the information schools need and lets teachers autofill standard information from their career profiles. This makes it easier for teachers to apply and devote more time to writing a tailored personal statement.
-
Applicant Tracking System (ATS): The ATS features custom questions, application statuses, and emailing. Schools can customise their online application form with role-specific questions. The application status labels make it easy to collaborate with others in the hiring team to make decisions on who to shortlist. All communication is recorded in a single audit trail, allowing schools to keep track in one easy place.
-
Equal Opportunities Dashboard: This dashboard provides all the equal opportunities information candidates have provided, in one centralised place.
These features and benefits make Tes.com a comprehensive platform for education professionals. It helps schools create an inclusive environment, simplifies the hiring process, and provides a centralised system for tracking applications and communicating with applicants.
